She recently scored a six-week #1 with Dustin Lynch’s collaboration “Thinking ‘Bout You,” earning her first #1 in the U.S. Making her mark, Porter became the first female artist to have three consecutive #1 singles on Canadian country radio in 22 years. She has previously shared the stage with Jordan Davis, Kenny Chesney, Rascal Flatts, Chris Lane, Blake Shelton, Dallas Smith, and co-starred in the Netflix series, Travelers.

Virginia to Vegas:

Virginia to Vegas, aka Derik Baker, is an American-born Canadian singer-songwriter. Baker is best known for his indie-pop choruses and sticky electronic melodies, which have awarded him critical acclaim and several platinum certifications. Baker has received over 650 million global streams in the following years and the designation of 2020’s second most played Canadian artist on the radio.

The Holiday Train’s Mission:

“Holiday Train shows are free to attend. Local food shelves will set up collection stations at each event, with all donations made staying with the local food bank to help people in need in the community. Because local food shelves buy food at a discount, cash donations can go further than food donations to help those in need.

Since the Holiday Train program launched in 1999, it’s raised more than $21 million and collected 5 million pounds of food for community food banks across North America.”

Schedule:

Maple Ridge

Where: (Haney) Across from Billy Miner pub, 22355 River Road

Date:December 17th

Arrival: 7:50pm

Event Timing: 8:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Pitt Meadows

Where: Railway crossing at corner of Harris Road & Advent Road

Date: December 17th

Arrival: 8:55pm

Event Timing: 9:05 PM – 9:35 PM

Port Moody

Where: 300 Ioco Road behind Arena & Recreation Center

Date: December 18th

Arrival: 4:45 PM

Event Timing: 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM

Port Coquitlam:

Where: KingsWay Avenue between Mary Hill Road & Wilson Avenue

Date: December 18th

Arrival: 6:15 PM

Event Timing: 6:30 PM – 6:45 PM

Make sure you arrive early to get a good spot for the concert and to check out the lights on the train as it rolls in.
