When compared to August 2022, the market remains largely the same.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Detached Market Update:<\/h3>\n<pre style=\"text-align: center;\">After a continual rise in prices for 2 years and 7 month, September marks the fifth consecutive month of pricing decreases.<strong><br \/><br \/><\/strong>The September benchmark for detached homes is now only $29,500 higher than its 2021 counterpart. <br \/>The question is now...how far will it fall?
