The rate of decline slowing compared to the May-June drop. <br \/><br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Supply:<\/strong><\/span><br \/><br \/>In July detached homes saw 16 fewer listings than June 2022, and a 61% increase over the same time last year.<br \/>Condos saw 5 more listings than June 2022, and a 26.7% supply increase over June 2021.<br \/>Townhouses 15 less listing than June 2022. However, supply has still blown past June 2021 by a massive 172.5%<br \/><br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Sales:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/><br \/>Sales are down accross the board between 34.3%-49.1% when compared to the same time in 2021.<br \/>Sales are also down across the board compared to June 2022 with condos being hit the hardest.<br \/>There were 17 less sales for condos in July than there were in June. <br \/><br \/><br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Townhouse Market:<\/strong><\/span><br \/><br \/><strong>Townhouse benchmark prices drcreased for the fourth consecutive month.<\/strong><br \/>Townhouse benchmark pricing is down $40,500 in the last 30 days.<br \/>The lst time prices were in the $700,000 range was Jan 2022.<br \/><br \/><br \/><\/pre>\n<pre style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>SNAPSHOT:<\/strong> <br \/><br \/><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"> Number of Sales Down.
