Between 3-28%<br \/><strong>We continue to edge towards a balanced market.<br \/><br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Sales:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/><br \/><\/strong>Sales decrease across the board, compared to both April 2021 and March 2022<strong><br \/>The market begins to hold in anticipation of a transition.<br \/><\/strong>Compared to the same time last year sales are down between 3.9-47.8%<\/pre>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Townhouse Market:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<pre style=\"text-align: center;\"><br \/>After March's large pricing increase, much like detached homes, townhouses' increase has slowed. <br \/>In the last 30 days the benchmark price has increased $9,800<strong><br \/><\/strong><br \/>December: $904,500<br \/>January: $938,300<br \/>February: $1,002,100<strong><br \/><\/strong>March: $1,054,200<br \/>April: $1,064,000<br \/><br \/><strong>Townhouse benchmark pricing is $241,950 higher than the same time in 2021.<\/strong><br \/>Townhouse prices have now increased for 20 consecutive months. <br \/><br \/><\/pre>\n<pre style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>SNAPSHOT:<\/strong> <br \/><br \/><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Supply Surge.
