This dynamic between supply and demand is causing <\/span><br \/><span style=\"left: 120px; top: 625px; font-size: 20px; font-family: serif; transform: scaleX(1.00024);\" dir=\"ltr\">home prices to continue to edge up across the region,&rdquo; Keith Stewart, REBGV economist said. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span id=\"page2296R_mcid22\" class=\"markedContent\"><br \/><span style=\"left: 120px; top: 671px; font-size: 20px; font-family: serif; transform: scaleX(0.999668);\" dir=\"ltr\">There were 4,049 detached, attached and apartment properties newly listed for sale on the <\/span><br \/><span style=\"left: 120px; top: 694px; font-size: 20px; font-family: serif; transform: scaleX(1.00234);\" dir=\"ltr\">Multiple Listing Service&reg; (MLS&reg;) in Metro Vancouver in October 2021.
