This represents a 30.6 <\/span><br \/><span style=\"left: 120px; top: 663.4px; font-size: 20px; font-family: serif; transform: scaleX(0.999864);\" dir=\"ltr\">per cent decrease compared to the 5,813 homes listed in August 2020 and a 7.9 per cent decrease <\/span><br \/><span style=\"left: 120px; top: 686.4px; font-size: 20px; font-family: serif; transform: scaleX(0.999928);\" dir=\"ltr\">compared to July 2021 when 4,377 homes were listed. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span id=\"page2211R_mcid30\" class=\"markedContent\"><br \/><span style=\"left: 120px; top: 732.4px; font-size: 20px; font-family: serif; transform: scaleX(1.00281);\" dir=\"ltr\">The total number of homes currently listed for sale on the MLS&reg; system in Metro Vancouver is <\/span><br \/><span style=\"left: 120px; top: 755.4px; font-size: 20px; font-family: serif; transform: scaleX(0.999798);\" dir=\"ltr\">9,005, a 29.7 per cent decrease compared to August 2020 (12,803) and an 8.6 per cent decrease <\/span><br \/><span style=\"left: 120px; top: 778.4px; font-size: 20px; font-family: serif; transform: scaleX(0.999681);\" dir=\"ltr\">compared to July 2021 (9,850). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span id=\"page2211R_mcid30\" class=\"markedContent\"><br \/><span style=\"left: 120px; top: 824.2px; font-size: 20px; font-family: serif; transform: scaleX(1.00328);\" dir=\"ltr\">&ldquo;Housing supply is the biggest factor impacting the market right now.
