Benchmark prices are up across the board, between 11.3-22.6% over thier 2020 counterparts. <\/pre>\n
Since April's benchmark price increase detached home's have begun to cool of. 
July only saw a $3600 increase over June's benchmark prices.
Although the pace has slowed this marks the 13th <\/strong>consecutive month over month increase for 2020\/21 detached home pricing...
and the first time benchmark prices have broken 1.5 million;

After April, May, and June saw supply increases for detached homes, supply dropped in July with 15.5% less listings than the same time in 2020.

In July supply decreased for condos and townhouses, 27.7% and 51.9% respectively. 

Just like Poco, Coquitlam saw middling sales for the month of July.
Detached decreased 7.3%, while condos saw a 22.4% increases, and townhomes took a large hit with a 20.4% decrease.
