Month over month detached supply has dipped, but overall the market remains active.<strong><br \/><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Compared to both March 2023 and February 2024 sales have increased. Experiencing a yo-yo effect<\/li>\n<li>Over the last 60 days the benchmark price has increased $37,000. We are now just $1,500 below the 2023 peak.<\/li>\n<li>The March benchmark price is $54,200 above March 2023.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>The last two months have seen a big shift in the townhouse market.
