Rod graduates from university.
Rod obtained a degree in marketing 1981.
Rhea enters the real estate business.
Rhea was licensed and started working alongside her Mom, Vivian Pearson at Park Georgia Realty in 1987.
Rhea obtains her managing brokers licence.
Providing Rhea with additional education that has been very valuable over the years.
Rod begins working in real estate.
Rod was licensed in 1992 and started at Park Georgia Realty.
Rod and Rhea team up.
Working primarily in the Tri-Cities, Maple Ridge, and Pitt Meadows, Rod and Rhea joined forces and began working as a real estate team.
Rhea finishes her degree.
Rhea graduated from SFU with a major in psychology and a minor in education.
Ryan graduates from university.
Ryan graduated with honours History from SFU.
Ryan becomes a teacher.
Ryan received his teaching degree from SFU in 2012.
Ryan becomes a 3rd generation real estate agent.
Ryan was licensed in 2017 and began working at Park Georgia Realty.

We all moved to Royal LePage Sterling Realty. With Ryan joining out team, we rebranded and established the R3 Hayes Real Estate Group

This, all the while also being recognized as the NUMBER 1 Realtor for The Tri-Cities year after year! Now at Royal Lepage for the past 5 years, Rod more recently achieved both Red Diamond status (2021) as well as Diamond status for this past year and continues to place in RLP's top 10% Canada wide.
Giving Back
Shelter Foundation
The Shelter Foundation has raised more than $51 million to-date and currently supports 200 local women’s shelters and national partners. Our agents donate a portion of their commissions, and Royal LePage offices across Canada host local fundraising events. Our brokers, agents and staff also volunteer and provide in-kind goods to benefit the women and children residing in their local shelters. Every dollar raised goes directly to helping the more than 50,000 women and children who are served each year by the shelters and support programs we fund.

Little Libraries are free neighbourhood book exchanges where anyone can take a book or drop off a book to share with others. No rules, no late fees – everyone can take part!
