The benchmark price for a detached home in Maple Ridge is stronger than the same time the previous year for a eleventh consecutive month. 
Detached home benchmark pricing was $94,400 higher than the same time in 2019.

Supply has decreased between 11.5-39.4% leading to lower days on market for all sales.

Sales increase between 5.2-26.3% as more buyers compete for fewer homes.
