During December detached home's benchmark pricing jumped up $18,900 compared to November 2020.
This marks the sixth consecutive month over month increase for 2020 detached home pricing;

Supply for detached homes has shrunk 36.8% while supply has increased for condos and townhouses, 37.8% and 1.6% respectively.
