Coquitlam Sales January 2021 vs 2020-Large Sales Increase Across The Board, Stand Alone Homes Lead

Benchmark prices are up across the board, between 2.2-12.9% over thier 2020 counterparts. 
During January detached home's benchmark pricing jumped up $29,300 compared to December 2020; and the benchmark price for detached homes is now over $1,300,000.
This marks the seventh consecutive month over month increase for 2020/21 detached home pricing;

Supply for detached homes has shrunk 37.5% while supply has increased for condos and townhouses, 25% and 7.9% respectively.
