Supply has shrunk between 48.7% & 56.9% for detached and townhouses respectively, while condo supply has increased 8.2%
Sales of stand alone homes and townhouses have both increased 25%.
Single family detached homes continue to remain at the forefront of Port Coquitlam's market with perpetual pricing increases, and ever rising demand.
