During November detached home's benchmark pricing jumped up $10,800 compared to October 2020.
This marks the fifth consecutive month over month increase for 2020 detached home pricing;

Supply for detached homes & townhouses has shrunk 28.5% & 10.2% respectively, while supply has increased 29.4% for condos.
