October saw a sizable increase for detached home's benchmark pricing; prices jumped up over $21,000 in just one month.
This marks the fourth consecutive month over month increase for 2020 detached home pricing;

Supply has shrunk between 0.8-35.5% for detached homes and townhomes, while supply has increased 19.7% for condos.
Sales have increased 25.2-69.4%
