The benchmark price of a detached home in Port Coquitlam increasess for the third month in a row. 
January 2020 prices were up 0.6% compared to the same time in 2019.  In Feburary they jumped to 2.6% 
above the same time a year earlier. This is the third price increase over the previous year in 19 months.

Townhomes have reached parity with their Feburary 2019 benchmark prices.
