Benchmark prices are up across the board in Port Coquitlam between 2.2-4% over thier 2019 counterparts. 
Prices have also unanimously increased over March 2020 sales; with stand alone homes increasing over 5% in one month. 

Supply has shrunk between 29.5-33.3%, likely due to the pandemic, increasing the demand-and price-for what is currently available.
Average days on market has drastically decreased for both detached properties & condos.
