Benchmark prices are up across the board, between 2.4-4.4% over thier 2019 counterparts. 
Both townhomes & condos have outperformed their previous year's benchmark sales price for the fourth consecutive month.

Supply has shrunk between 24.3-43.5%
The average days on market has decreased for all home sales as a lower supply moves quickly.
