Maple Ridge Sales February 2022 vs 2021- Prices Soar, Sales Slump

Benchmark prices up accross the board, between 31.6% - 42.3% compared to March 2021.
The March benchmark for detached homes was $386,100 higher than its 2021 counterpart.


After taking six months to increase from 1.1 to 1.2, detached homes have increased over $150,000 in three months;
halfing the previous amount of time it took to increase $100,000.
Now, in just 30 days, detached homes have blown past the 1.4 mark.

March marks a new benchmark high for detached homes in Maple Ridge as sale prices see a massive 30-day increase of $68,400.

Detached homes saw 45 more listings than February, still down 5.5% compared to March 2021
Condo's took a supply hit in March, decreasing compared to February 2022 and down over 37% compared to March 2021.
Townhouses say a supply explosion and they have blown past March 2021 by 14%
