Benchmark prices up accross the board, between 12.3-25.3%

In March the average detached home price surpassed a million for the first time ever; marking a full year of steady monthly pricing increases.
In April the average detached home price was $209,700 higher than when the pricing increase began in December 2019 ($808,000).



Detached home benchmark pricing saw a big increase in April jumping up  $54,800 compared to March 2021. 

Supply has decreased between 30.2-42.9% leading to a large decrease in average days on market for all sales.

Sales increase follows the Tric City trend, as Maple Ridge experience a record breaking month.
 Aplril saw a sales increase of between 188.9-339.5% as more buyers compete for fewer homes.
