Benchmark prices up accross the board, between 26.7% - 39%
The January benchmark for detached homes was $353,400 higher than its 2021 counterpart.

January marks a new benchmark high for detached homes in Maple Ridge as sale prices see a 30-day increase of $30,100
Detached prices continue to edge towards $1,300,000.

Although still below their 2021 counterparts, January saw a supply increase for the first time in five months. 
Detached homes saw a sizable 53% increase in supply over the last 30 days.
Condo supply remains on par with December 2021, and townhouses saw a massive 123% supply increase.
