Maple Ridge Sales May 2021 vs 2020- Detached Home Market Takes Off

Benchmark prices up accross the board, between 13.8-32.1%

Detached home prices continue to break new ground.
Since passing the million mark for the first time ever in March sales have increased an average of $77,600.
The average sale price for May was $1,121,500, roughly $273,000 higher than May 2020.
This marks the eighteenth month of consecutive pricing increases for detached homes.



Detached home benchmark pricing saw a big increase in May jumping up $22,800 compared to April 2021.
Supply has decreased between 25.9-39.3% leading to a large decrease in average days on market for all sales.


Sales increase follows the Tric City trend, as Maple Ridge experience a record breaking month.
May saw a sales increase of between 164.8-174.6%

More buyers are competing for fewer homes & driving up prices.
Maple Ridge is seeing a massive swell of interested buyers as it's market begins to match that of the Tri City area.
