Port Coquitlam Sales January 2021 vs 2020- Stand Alone Homes Break December 2020 Record

Benchmark prices are up across the board in Port Coquitlam between 3.9-15.4% over thier 2020 counterparts. 
The January benchmark for detached homes was $145,900 higher than its 2020 counterpart.
This marks the ninth consecutive month over month increase for 2020 detached home pricing;

Benchmark pricing has increased over $177,800 in just 9 months.

New Record:
Port Coquitlam stand alone homes have once again achieved their highest ever benchmark pricing.
Shattering the record they set last month (December 2020) by $39,800.
The last time prices were at this level of premium was in May of 2018 when the benchmark price was $1,049,400.
Pricing is now an average of $45,400 above 2018 peak pricing.



Supply has shrunk between 23.7-47.6%
Sales of stand alone homes and condos have both increased 50% and 60.9% respectively.



Single family detached homes continue to remain at the forefront of Port Coquitlam's market with perpetual pricing increases, and ever rising demand.
