Coquitlam Sales April 2021 vs 2020- Detached Home Supply Increase
Benchmark prices are up across the board, between 8.2-21.4% over thier 2020 counterparts.
During April detached home's benchmark pricing jumped up $44,600 compared to March 2021.
This marks the tenth consecutive month over month increase for 2020/21 detached home pricing;

Ssupply has decreased for condos and townhouses, 29.1% and 16.9% respectively.
Sales have seen a staggering increase across the board from 269-318.8%
