Pitt Meadows Sales November 2021 vs 2020- Detached Home Soar

Benchmark prices are up across the board, between 19.7-32.3% over thier 2020 counterparts. 

After breaking $1,200,000 for the first time ever in June detached homes dipped in price for two months before beginning a metoric rise.

In just 3 months detached home prices have increased $110,700.

Pitt Meadows detached home prices are nearing those of Port Coquitlam for the first time ever.
The November benchmark sales price in Pitt Meadows was just $13,300 behind Port Coquitlam.
Both cities broke $1,300,000 for the first time in November.

In the last 30 days detached prices have increased an average of $42,200.

Supply has decreased accross the board when compared to the same time in 2020; between 24.1-66.7%
However, supply remains constant compared to October and September 2021.


The benchmark price for a condo has increased $95,300 over the last 12 months.
The benchmark price for a townhouse has increased $141,900 over the same period of time.
