Pitt Meadows Sales January 2021 vs 2020-After December Slump Detached Homes Surge Forward

Benchmark prices are up across the board, between 3.9-15.5% over thier 2020 counterparts. 
During January detached home's benchmark pricing jumped up $40,100 compared to December 2020.
This marks a return to price increases for detached homes in the area. Prices had increased for seven months straight before taking a dip in December;

Supply has decreased accross the board when compared to the same time in 2019; between 14.3-53.5%
Sales for detached homes and townhomes have increased 57.1% & 66.7% respectively; while sales for condos have decreased 33.3%
